You just made the mistake a lot of French people make - using the adjective transparent instead of the noun &quot;transparency&quot; . Actually, a transparency is called a &quot;slide&quot; in the US
and Slides or transparencies, no one uses them anymore, so I guess it&#039;s not very relevant!</description>
